In the last 30 years, cataract surgery techniques have evolved and adapted to technological advances more quickly and more completely than just about any form of surgery.  As a result, today’s cataract operation is a quick and comfortable outpatient procedure.

We make a microscopic incision and use advanced ultrasonic equipment to remove the cataract to fragments.  Then we insert a foldable intraocular lens.  Most patients quite literally “see” an immediate improvement.
